Led Module

LED Module are products that are composed of LEDs (light-emitting diodes) arranged together according to certain rules and then assembled, plus some waterproofing treatments. LED Module are widely used products among LED products, and there are also great differences in structure and electronics. Simple LED module can be made with a circuit board and casing containing LEDs; complex ones require some control, constant current source and related heat dissipation treatment to make the LED life and luminous intensity better. If the appearance is to be better, the injection molding process needs to be used

Application

LED modules can be widely used in advertising three-dimensional luminous characters, signs, indicator light sources; architectural landscapes, hotels, supermarkets and department stores, lighting projects, construction projects, commercial spaces, airports, subways, hospitals, exterior luminous bodies; elevated and high-rise buildings, highways, bridges, landmarks, signs and architectural luminous sources; it provides architects, designers, floodlighting engineering operators, construction engineers and other professionals with comprehensive technical solutions to architectural art visual dynamic colored light lighting. LED light source modules can also be applied to indoor light troughs and ceilings as backlight sources and auxiliary lighting sources.

Parameter

Color: According to the color type, it can be divided into three types: single color, colorful, and full-color single point control.

Voltage: Currently, 12V low-voltage modules are more common. Be sure to check the correctness of the voltage value when connecting the power supply and control system, otherwise the LED module will be damaged. LED is a “voltage sensitive” component, so the quality requirements for the power supply are relatively high. For low-power LEDs, a regulated power supply is generally used due to cost considerations. The disadvantage of the regulated power supply is that the voltage drop increases when the number of modules is large, which causes the main power line to need to be enlarged in diameter during installation. High-power LEDs generally require a constant current circuit. Many of our modules use constant current circuits.
